I made this character few years a go, with drawing pencil and no erasing, this kind'a unusual for me cos usually I don't have the confident to draw with other than regular pencil and i do a lot erasing, so the paper became dirty and all...
after I enter fashion design school, I got an assignment to draw a collection, and i have no clue what to draw.. I opened my sketch book, and i saw Mili.. so I draw her with a few improvisation, VOILA!
